our terms and conditions.

SALON CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments are important. A 48 hour notice is required for a cancellation. Should you fail to comply with this policy or fail to show up to your appointment will result on the full balance of the payment being charged. This will automatically be charged to the payment method you used to make your booking. If you fail to pay outstanding charges, regrettably future appointments will be cancelled, and you will be unable to book any future appointments. You will be sent a confirmation email (please check your junk mail) and it will tell you everything you need to know about your appointment. You can reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours beforehand simply use the MANAGE APPOINTMENT/RESCEDULE button on your confirmation email & there will be no fee charged.

DEPOSIT POLICY

In order to secure your appointment a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee is required when booking any appointment whether it is online, over the phone or in salon. If we do not receive the deposit the appointment will not be booked.

Payment plans available

You can split the cost of any course over 4 payments with no credit check. Contact us to enquire.

Arriving at your appointment

We run on an appointment only service so we kindly ask you wait until your appointment time to come to the door. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will still be applied. We will do our best to extend the treatment depending on the time of our next client. However, if you are running more than 15 minutes late your appointment maybe classed as a no show and you will still be charged and have to rebook.

Please read your confirmation email in full as it will give you our full address and instructions, our safety guidelines and details about your appointment. We have plenty of free parking near the clinic.

We kindly ask for mobile phones to be turned off or put on silent upon entering the clinic to maintain a calm and peaceful environment.

Complaints

Our business is built on providing a first-class service to every client and customer satisfaction is our main priority. Complaints are very rare; however, we do take them very seriously. If you for whatever reason are unsatisfied with the service, you have been provided inform a member of staff before leaving the premises or as soon as possible after leaving. We will always welcome your feedback and take it on board. If you have already left the premises, we may require you to return for a full review to allow us to understand the issue/complaint fully. We have the right to refuse to rectify any issue that has been amended/ treated by another practitioner/person. All complaints are handled with the strictest confidentiality. We will always aim to offer a reasonably and fair solution.

Should both parties fail to agree on a resolution following our complaints policy we will refer you to a certified alternative dispute resolution provider as advised by the Alternative Dispute Resolutions 2015. Both parties will be liable to the cost associated. Further information available upon request.

Pregnant LadieS

We cannot perform any treatments in your first trimester.

After 12 weeks you can book the ‘Mummy to Be massage’, ‘Mummy to Be Bespoke Package’, our ‘Luxe Dermaplaning Facial’ or the ‘Luxe Hands on facial’ can be adapted, we have pregnancy massage pillows and electrical beds so we can get you comfortable. You can also add on a pregnancy back massage with your facials. If you are unsure to what treatment to book please get in touch with the clinic.
